A perfect place for a getaway with other couples whether you’re exploring the town, the bourbon trail or Herrington Lake. The house is so quaint and nicely decorated. Definitely a home away from home feeling filled with nostalgia of the area. We will definitely come back for meeting up with friends who live nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay from the “goody bag” to all of the other details that were thought of. There were so many little things that were provided that I can’t list. Made the stay so comfortable. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when in town. So cozy. Thank you!

This was our second stay and again we felt blessed to be surrounded by the beautiful Smoky Mountains. The view is just gorgeous, and Christi and her lovely condo made for the perfect getaway. She goes above and beyond with her attention to the details that help to make things flow smoothly. I loved the coffee bar and enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony. Thank you again for a perfect week in the mountains! Hope to be back soon!

We had a very nice stay! The location was one of the best spots in Venture Out. The area was quiet and relaxing. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Will visit again!

What a wonderful, cozy place with super close, easy private beach access on the golf cart you get to use! My son loved riding that golf cart! Christi was incredibly responsive and helpful, and she has the most thorough and useful binder of information in the house with great restaurant recommendations too. The kitchen is the most well stocked I have seen in an AirBnB, and having a washer/dryer to use with sandy kid clothes and towels was so helpful, as was the pristine pack and play. The house is lovely and well laid out with enough space for our family of four. The amenities can’t be beat: golf cart; two pools, one beachfront with a cafe; mini golf, shuffleboard; and of course private beach access! Christi has chairs, toys, boards, and more. She also had chocolates by the pillows, a snack basket, a cabinet full of fun games, and more. We had all we needed and more and had SO much relaxing fun! Book if you can. We hope to stay again!

Christi’s place is beautiful and looks just as pictured. My friends and I stayed at Christi’s place to visit the national park and Dollywood. Both were easily accessible from Christi’s place. We really enjoyed lounging in the porch after spending our days exploring (porch is screened in and has an absolutely gorgeous view). Apple Maps got us there easily but Google maps will lead you astray. Regardless, follow Christi’s detailed directions and you’ll be fine.

We LOVED our stay at this cute little beach cottage. The space was clean, everything we could possibly need was provided, and it was the perfect space for my husband and I. I thought the bed was very comfy & we slept so well. We brought our own beach chairs and umbrella, but if we would have forgotten, Christi had plenty in a closet for us to use. Beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and more. I look forward to booking this place again in the future! We love the Venture Out community & the location of Christi’s cottage was in a nice quiet part of the neighborhood.

Very responsive and thoughtful owner! She provides clear instructions and takes the guess work out of everything from finding her unit to checkin to navigating the community. Everything is provided with the exception of beach towels. Community and amenities are the best! Don’t question it just book it!

Christi's cabin is absolutely adorable! She really did think of everything! Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, she even had the cooking basics (flour, sugar, oil) the amount of games and activites to keep busy was great as well. We enjoyed a nice soak in the hot tub before making dinner. I will back soon to enjoy the fire pit and the hammocks. Great visit!!

Christi’s place was exactly as described! We had a wonderful time exploring the area and we were so close to downtown Gatlinburg and the national park entrance! The view from the dining room and balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The condo was well stocked with towels and amenities. I would absolutely recommend Christi’s condo and we cannot wait to return!
